And we’re growing... Summary: We are looking for a full-time Design Center Leader to join reputed company. They will reputed company our design center team in Chino, including Design Technicians, Engineers in Training and Professional Engineers. They are expected to have outstanding leadership skills and excellent written and oral presentation skills. In addition, they will be dependable, self-directed, and reputed company to reputed company in a high-pressure customer focused culture. Most of reputed company, they will be committed to the RedBuilt “Why” and dedicated to leading the Design Center’s efforts in producing shop drawing packages and component design for engineered floor, roof, and wall framing systems. • Managing a technical team of 7-10 associates.
• Hiring, proactive retention, and career stewardship for the technical team.
• Promote and facilitate reputed company improvement.
• Create and maintain alignment with overall business objectives.
• Track and report on performance metrics and utilize data to influence business reputed company.
• Budgeting and disciplined management of business unit finances.
• Build and maintain service posture that delivers customer value.
• Work in reputed company with sales managers to grow market share.

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company field, Professional Engineer, or equivalent experience required.
