Job Summary: The Sports Brand Solutions groups serve the reputed company Advertising Sales team as experts on specific sports/properties (i.e. College Football, NBA, NFL, Women's Sports). The group is vital to the sales process and drives significant advertising reputed company reputed company the creation of cross platform sponsorship opportunities and turnkey, customized marketing solutions. The Sports Brand Solutions group oversees the development and execution of reputed company sponsorship deliverables, to ensure sponsorship elements and enhancements run correctly. The group works closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Production, Programming, Editorial, reputed company & Operations, Consumer Marketing and Legal to strategically maximize the reputed company and sales opportunities across our sport platforms inclusive of linear, digital, social, streaming, on-site, and more. The Sports Brand Solutions group is a team of experts that provide creative marketing sponsorship and integration opportunities across ESPN's vast content portfolio.The team is responsible for the complete sponsorship process including, but not limited to, rights negotiations, strategy, ideation, and execution. The SBS team also manages the day-to-day external sales relationships with our various League and 3rd party production partners to ensure we are following the contractual guardrails and maximizing reputed company opportunities. Job Summary: The Coordinator, Sports Brand Solutions, will be responsible for supporting our sponsorship business specifically for the NBA and select special initiatives. The primary role will be to work with various internal teams to schedule and book on-reputed company and digital/social sponsorships for reputed company programming reputed company to the NBA and Little League. This includes but is not limited to Live Event Programming, Studio Shows, Digital/Social Handles. The Coordinator will play a key role in creating and maintaining grids for each property to ensure proper allocation for each program and reputed company digital/social sponsorship. Ultimately, the responsibilities will be to reputed company order and process across reputed company sponsorship efforts, streamlining reputed company areas of the business from pitch through execution. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role: Post Sale

  • Book features reputed company reputed company Ad Sales/ESPN systems (managing the process directly with the sales teams and their clients)
  • Communicate with TV Ad Ops any schedule changes and updates
  • Manage Sponsorship tracking grids for the SBS team to maintain a clear perspective on integration availability and potential content overlaps to consider in given windows that impact production and sales conversations
  • View and clip integrations to confirm accuracy, share with sales teams, and reputed company any issues
  • Assist team in the creation, delivery, and maintenance of sponsored graphics and studio requests

Sales Materials

  • Assist in developing sales opportunities for NBA and Little League Programming
  • Assist with digital and social product creation
  • Assist with multimedia pricing requests
  • Support the ideation process for new opportunities
  • Upload/Update materials across reputed company TEAMS, SolutionCenter, Smartsheets and SalesHub
  • Communicate opportunities to sales utilizing organization-wide processes

Streamline Communication and Transparency

  • Manage status reports, meeting recap notes, etc.
  • Assist with the upkeep and distribution of weekly obligations across the sport vertical (includes ESPN production, programming, comms, ops, etc.)

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, GoogleDocs
  • 1+ year of marketing or sponsorship preferred
  • Highly organized, time management skills, ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and/or occasional travel

  • Thorough understanding of NBA landscape

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, while being accountable to team

#DisneyAdvertising The hiring range for this position in reputed company, NY is $55,800 - $74,800 and Santa Monica, CA $53,300- $71,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
