Senior Redshift Developer - reputed company

reputed company is currently hiring for a Senior Redshift Developer to support our client's contract needs. This position is located in the Washington DC area and will be a full remote position.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reputed company stored procedures/packages for Redshift
• Create and maintain database schemas for Redshift
• Create and maintain partitions in reputed company to facilitate query performance and data maintenance
• Maintain the existing applications and enhance the system as per client requirements.
• Modify existing procedures/packages to incorporate new functionalities.
• UNIX reputed company scripting
• Analyze system issues and devise and execute remediation plans.
• reputed company code reviews and bug fixing.
• Conduct performance tuning of existing queries and packages.
• reputed company with reputed company required standards and processes and devise approach to ensure compliance across the team.
• Provide complete technical and maintenance support to the systems.
• Run the assigned projects solo as well as working as a team.
• Use of Redshift, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, PuTTY, reputed company Scripting, UNIX, and Linux.
• Interact directly with the customer on behalf of the team to resolves issues or identify new requirements to be addressed by the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) in IT

• Extensive and recent reputed company Redshift database experience
• AWS Experience
• 7-8 years of PL/SQL development experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Understanding and knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
• Exhibit confidence and knowledge in solving problems
• Work well independently and reputed company a team
• Proficient in reputed company Office
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. USD $140,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
