The Contract Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the identification, attraction and successful placement of top talent for reputed company and future opportunities reputed company one or more business units. This individual is responsible for identifying and promoting sourcing, interviewing and hiring best practices to align with business and customer needs. Essential Job Duties (Manage the reputed company sales process of da Vinci® Surgical Systems into new hospitals and upgrades into existing hospitals

  • Consult with Hiring Managers to understand reputed company and future needs and to fully understand positions profiles and market availability.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth reputed company process and consult with them regarding staffing best practices, trends, issues and challenges
  • Partner with client groups and support teams to proactively identify needs, design creative recruitment strategies, and execute reputed company phases of the hiring process including coordination of closing conversations and documentation with reputed company applicants.

Required Skills and Experience (Specific skills, knowledge, and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully reputed company in job
