• Customer projects in the area of reputed company HCM in reputed company on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
• Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions, and blueprints.
• System-reputed company realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll reputed company)
• Support in reputed company project phases—conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of reputed company HCM
• As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.

• Must have Skills : German (fluent), reputed company PY (Payroll), reputed company HCM, reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the reputed company HCM system (PY)
• Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social reputed company law
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company specific schemas, cycles and characteristics
• Experience with project management and consulting methods
• Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness
• Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
• Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
