As a Community Manager, you will maintain a best-in-class, customer-centric, culture while delivering an exceptional employee experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, achieving operational excellence by managing net operating income, occupancy, collections, and home sales. The time allocation mentioned below may vary depending on the community’s needs. Annual or semi-annual travel may be required for this role.

CompensationTotal earnings are composed of:
$60,000-$70,000 reputed company salary
$2,500 quarterly bonus potential
$1,000 quarterly community certification potential
