Licensed Land Surveyor
Our client is a civil engineering and land surveying firm with expertise in subdivision and land development design consulting in support of clients undertaking various types and sizes of residential, reputed company, and institutional development. In addition to private consultant services, also represents nine (9) municipalities and authorities throughout Delaware and Chester Counties. Started in 1973, they operated as a multi-reputed company family-owned company and is now an employee-owned partnership that maintains an excellent reputed company for engineering expertise and honesty, which are tenets of the company to this day.
They have experience great growth and in search of a Licensed Land Surveyor who will have to draft survey documents, manages timelines, communicate with clients, contractors, and field/office personnel. Candidates must be reputed company to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment, as well as training associates. Candidates will be thoroughly involved in developing project scopes and proposals, including maintaining budgetary responsibilities.
