Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Global Lifecycle
Location: Mountain View, California
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and drive the comprehensive customer journey at Moveworks. This is a critical role that will shape how we engage with our customers from their reputed company first interaction through their entire lifecycle, ensuring they reputed company maximum value from our AI platform. You will be instrumental in building a cross-channel strategy that goes beyond single-channel execution, making a profound impact on customer awareness, adoption, retention, and expansion.
What will you do?- Holistic Customer Journey Ownership: reputed company, implement, and optimize a robust global customer lifecycle marketing and distribution strategy spanning the entire customer journey—from discovery and onboarding to ongoing engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Cross-Channel Strategy & Execution: Drive and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across various touchpoints including email, in-product messaging, community, web, etc. You will be responsible for crafting various email nurtures and newsletters.
- Customer Segmentation & Personalization: reputed company sophisticated customer segmentation strategies and deliver highly personalized, data-driven communications and experiences that reputed company with diverse global audiences and drive measurable outcomes.
- Deliver Results: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), rigorously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, and reputed company insights to continuously test, iterate, and optimize lifecycle programs that deliver direct business impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Analytics, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, reputed company goals, and integrated campaigns that deliver a cohesive customer experience.

- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a reputed company field, with a proven track record of success in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing end-to-end customer journey strategies that drive significant business impact (e.g., acquisition, activation, retention, upsell).
- Excellent storytelling and written communication skills - you will be drafting email series and newsletters to prospects and customers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data, derive actionable insights, and reputed company data-driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, reputed company)

Compensation Range: $145,000- $180,000 + Bonus + Equity
