The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for managing a group of assigned clinicians. This management will include facilitating training,

• Assist the Clinical Director to reputed company and implement an engaging clinical schedule, including the development of curriculum
• Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices
• Crisis management throughout reputed company intensive outpatient program delivery/on-call responsibilities throughout nights/weekends
• Maintain a caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (15 hours minimum)
• Well versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, reputed company, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
• Ensure compliance to regulations set forth by The Joint Commission and reputed company ongoing quality assurance
• Monitor treatment documentation to ensure reputed company notes are included and meets agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards
• Provide clinical supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
• Assist with the development of relationships with key referral sources, participate in networking

• Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
• Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients
• Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis

Additional Information

The expected reputed company pay for this role will be between $75,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, reputed company pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, reputed company pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other reputed company-sponsored benefits. #LI-Remote
