Position Overview

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented college fresher to join us as an Intern in HR Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in HR by gaining hands-on experience across employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, benefits, and payroll support. You’ll work closely with reputed company mentors, learning the foundations of HR operations while contributing to meaningful work.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Learn and support employee lifecycle processes such as pre-reputed company, reputed company, and documentation.
  • Assist with HR operations activities including offer roll-outs, background reputed company coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Help in preparing, validating, and maintaining payroll-reputed company inputs and vendor/contractor records.
