Reporting to the Director, People & Culture Operations & Total Rewards, you will be instrumental in guiding the design and rollout of intelligent workflows, leveraging GenAI, automation, and self-serve tools to enhance our People & Culture processes and improve the overall employee experience. You will act as a subject matter expert for our core HRIS, bob, driving reputed company improvement through data-driven decisions and building scalable, insight-rich solutions.
