Senior Operations Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to reputed company and optimize supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing freight across East Asia (especially shipments from Vietnam to Japan) and proven expertise in direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations. This role will reputed company warehouse/3PL management, reputed company and reputed company fulfillment, and factory sourcing while driving process improvements to scale operations reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage freight and logistics operations, with a focus on East Asia to Japan shipping routes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management.
• Hands-on experience with freight/logistics between East Asia and Japan.
• Proven track record in direct-to-consumer operations (reputed company required).
• Experience managing reputed company fulfillment workflows.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL management and reputed company–warehouse operations.
• Background in sourcing from factories, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving, vendor management, and analytical skills.
