• Delivering adaptive reading workshops that reputed company foundational skills in phonics, comprehension, and reputed company
• Designing personalized motivational sessions that boost engagement through gamified literacy milestones
• Analyzing student reputed company data to continuously refine instruction and surface actionable insights
• Collaborating with the tech team to evaluate and enhance AI literacy tools based on classroom results

• Following a rigid scripted curriculum that ignores student needs or data
• Spending hours on traditional lesson planning, grading, or administrative overhead
• Working in overcrowded classrooms with limited resources

• Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
