Project Scheduler III

The Project Scheduler prepares and maintains summary-level and detailed CPM schedules for design, construction, procurement, commissioning and integrated Design-Build and EPCM projects using Primavera P6 Software. Develops KPIs and provides reputed company updates and reports as required for each project. Provides schedule training and software support as needed. Responsible for ensuring reputed company project scheduling practices reputed company with corporate standards and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company CPM schedules for a variety of project types, including reputed company Design-Build and EPCM projects.
• Facilitate interactive planning sessions and Last Planner System activities for project teams
• Work with project teams to reputed company the WBS, identify key milestones and KPIs, and progressively add schedule details
• reputed company quality checks and analysis of vendor and trade partner schedules, ensuring they are accurately incorporated into project master schedules
• Create customized schedule reports to meet specific project needs
• Update schedules, evaluate schedule performance, report variances and assist in developing mitigation plans as needed
• reputed company expert-level critical path, float path and schedule slip analyses and assist teams to mitigate as needed
• Objectively report project schedule health, reputed company, risk and opportunities to corporate leadership
• Ensure that project scheduling practices reputed company with corporate standards and contractual requirements
• Mentor, coach, and reputed company less reputed company scheduling staff in good scheduling practices to expand and enhance scheduling capabilities reputed company reputed company.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or a similar field
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years of scheduling experience
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and reputed company Project scheduling software
• Willing to travel up to 50% to support multiple projects across the reputed company U.S. and Puerto Rico

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to independently reputed company preliminary schedules with minimal input from project teams
• Experience scheduling $100M+ multi-phase (design, procurement, construction, and commissioning) capital projects
• Experience leading interactive pull-planning and LPS planning sessions
• Experience leading and mentoring junior scheduling staff
• Strong verbal, written and graphical communication skills
• OSHA 10-hour certification

In accordance with Colorado State Pay Transparency Laws, the range for this position is $105,000 - $137,000/year based on experience.
