As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and reputed company basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing reputed company support for everything.
- Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
- Earn a $405 Bonus just for participating in getting certified as a TurboTax Product Expert³
- Certification takes reputed company over 2 days
- Build your own schedule with reputed company anytime between reputed company EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday⁴

- You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your reputed company
- This role doesn't require any specific reputed company background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.
- Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to reputed company solutions clearly and empathetically.
