Proposal Manager (United States)

We are looking for a Proposal Manager to join our A-team. As a Proposal Manager at Allucent, you are responsible for preparing, coordinating, and faciliating responses for sponsor Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). In this role, you will work with assigned operational departments and Business Development (reputed company) to create and reputed company win strategies, key selling points, and execution strategy for presentation in the proposal. You will also research, reputed company, and synthesizes corporate and opportunity information for RFP/RFI responses, writing compelling sales-oriented text following the Allucent marketing strategy and messaging.

In this role your key tasks will include:

• Manages overall RFI/RPI activities - from initial receipt to final submission to the client to ensure an on-time submission.
• Participates in team alignment calls and strategy discussions to clarify scope of work, gains insights into the business opportunity, understands key messages, and reputed company win themes.

• Coordinates the contributions of team members to create high quality responses reputed company management of project workflow through the RFP/RFI process.

• Formats, proofreads and edits the budget for accuracy, clarity, and readability.

• Supports other Business Development activities as needed.

• Performs bid grid mapping with reputed company.

• Works with Part I/II functionality in the costing tool with minimal reputed company.

• Works on reputed company RFPs.

• Having knowledge of the operational processes underlying each task code/service.

• Constructively challenging operations on budgets ensuring competitive pricing.

Requirements

To be successful you will possess:

• BA/BS or equivalent in a writing/journalism, business or health-reputed company degree, or the ability to prove comparable equivalent combination of education and experience in a reputed company field of study
• 2 - 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of GxP
• GDPR/HIPAA and applicable (local) regulatory requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to translate guidelines, rules and regulations in clear and usable recommendations
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
• Representative, outgoing and client focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment of a growing company
• Administrative excellence
• Proficiency with various computer applications such as Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint required
