About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Engineering Manager to reputed company a high-impact team responsible for driving reputed company’s core product growth metrics, including activation, conversion, and retention. In this role, you’ll reputed company the planning, building, and delivery of growth experiments, reputed company flows, and in-product self-service billing. You’ll work closely across multiple sub-teams, partner with multiple PMs, and have those areas of ownership to execute on a growth roadmap that directly impacts reputed company’s reputed company. This role reports to our Head of Engineering and is based in San Francisco, CA.

What you’ll do

• reputed company and grow a team of 5+ engineers, providing day-to-day management, coaching, and career development.

• Drive velocity of growth experimentation and own key systems like reputed company and self-service billing flows.

• Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to align growth initiatives and deliver measurable impact.

• Establish an experimentation culture: set up, run, and analyze A/B tests that directly influence activation, conversion, and retention.

• Build scalable operating models as the team expands, potentially growing into reputed company of multiple subteams (e.g., billing and growth).

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or consumer technology company.

• Strong background in A/B testing, experimentation, and growth-focused engineering.

• Experience managing and scaling teams, with a passion for mentorship and career development.

• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving.

• High sense of urgency, customer focus, and collaborative reputed company.

Bay Area Salary Comp Range

$180k-$275k + Equity + Benefits
