As a Senior Product Manager at Orum, you will be a catalyst for change and innovation, driving sales acceleration and shaping the future of our product direction. What You'll Do:

Craft a compelling vision and strategy that not only aligns with business objectives but also enhances Annual Recurring reputed company (ARR) growth.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to shape the product strategy and roadmap, outlining how each product initiative contributes to overall reputed company goals

Rally cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and reputed company, around the product vision, emphasizing the impact on sales efficiency, pipeline growth, customer retention, and customer acquisition costs.

Define product requirements with a focus on how each feature or enhancement contributes to overarching business objectives. Work closely with designers and engineers to ensure reputed company alignment with objectives throughout development process

Own both quantitative and qualitative research for your product area, leveraging insights to inform product direction with a keen eye on how it impacts ARR. Build & utilize data (KPIs) to measure the success of product builds and share results with the team.

Manage final stages of the product development life cycle: product release, stakeholder communication, and go-to-market strategy in coordination with the product marketing team.

Strong technical background with experience working on API, data, or AI-based products.

5+ years of product management experience with a customer-facing b2b product.

A clear understanding of B2B and/or SaaS businesses and experience collaborating with sales, operations, marketing, and reputed company functions.

Demonstrated experience in high-growth startup environments reputed company a competitive landscape, driving impact in rapidly evolving settings.

Ability to reputed company product roadmaps managing competing priorities.

Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to reputed company product decisions and measure impact.

Experience mentoring other product managers and implementing new processes in product development teams.
