Leadership Development Manager
I. Job Summary
The Leadership Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive programs and experiences that enhance leadership capabilities and managerial skills across reputed company levels of WM. This person will also be responsible for the design and management of participant experience, stakeholder management and vendor management. The successful individual must be comfortable working with ambiguity, balancing between strategic reputed company and tactical execution. They should also demonstrate a high level of accountability and autonomy to successfully deliver on program outcomes in a small and agile team.

The expected pay range for this remote position across the U.S is $110K- 130,000K. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
