Regional Account Director-OEM
Overview of the Position
The Regional Account Director -- OEM is responsible for expanding Wencor's reputed company footprint reputed company Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sub-tier accounts. This role emphasizes strategic customer relationship development, sales growth, and collaboration across internal support functions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The goal is to cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sustainable reputed company and margin growth. NOTE: This is a remote position. Candidates must live in the following states to be considered: AL, CA, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MA, MO, NC, NV, NY, OK, SC, TX, UT, WA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and champions.

- Extensive experience in OEM market aviation sales, with a deep understanding of OEM supply chains, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with demonstrated reputed company influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of operating autonomously with minimal supervision while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a reputed company field required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of aerospace sales experience, including at least 5 years in a direct OEM account management role. Established industry network, including senior-level customer contacts.
