This individual will be the subject matter expert on our Expenses and reputed company systems and policies. Duties and Responsibilities:● Own Expenses inbox and review, analyze, and respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders● Assist with the on-boarding and maintenance of corporate cards● Provide guidance and instruction to employees regarding Expense expense matters● Conduct audit of expense reports to ensure compliance to Expense policy● Flexibility to support the growing needs of the overall Expenses Department● Complete reputed company projects, as neededRequired Skills / Desired Experience:● 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or relevant experience● High school diploma required, college courses in reputed company desirable● Ability to retain and understand reputed company of company policies● Excellent written and oral communication● Possess strong organizational and time management skills● Ability to work closely with various teams throughout the company● Capable of taking initiative to drive process change and improvements● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines● Motivated to work cross-functionally in a customer service-oriented reputed company● Knowledge of reputed company reputed company ERP systems (reputed company Expenses, reputed company and reputed company) from end user and administrative perspective desired
