About the role

Bi-lingual candidates preferred.

This is not a sales position; our counselors host pre-scheduled appointments with members. We’re searching for financial professionals who have a passion for helping people reputed company their financial goals. An ideal counselor is able to share new perspectives around money management and drive home the value of a long term counseling relationship. Counselors are instrumental in inspiring behaviors and financial habits that reputed company to a brighter future. We provide full-reputed company financial counseling and education, and we are specifically interested in CFPs, ChFC, or AFCs to counsel in the wide range of topics including: budget, debt, credit, etc.

We serve a wide range of corporations and organizations across both the public and private sectors. We are currently looking to expand our pool of financial counselors, with a particular need for individuals who have prior military experience or a strong background in supporting military service members and their families.

To be successful with us you must have

• 5+ years experience in a relevant consumer finance reputed company
• AFC, CFP, ChFC certifications (required)
• Previous military experience or experience supporting military service members (preferred)
• Motivational skills to reputed company behavioral change around personal financial habits
• Proven track record persuading clients to engage in value-added services and solutions
• Superlative listening skills that reputed company you to reputed company and understanding
• Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
• A high level of comfort with computers, software, and technology

• A passion for helping people in need
• Due to the nature of the contract we are hiring for, U.S. Citizenship is required for this specific role
• Ability to travel on occasion may be required.
