Key Responsibilities

• Deliver information and answer questions in a positive and professional manner, fostering strong relationships with providers and their staff.
• Complete documentation to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
• Interact with providers to reputed company a relationship with them, while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• To be at least 18 years old.
• To live reputed company 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
• Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner.
• The ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

While not essential, the following experience and skills will give you a competitive edge:

• 1+ year of experience in a reputed company environment (e.g., office, administrative, clerical, customer service) using phones and computers as primary job tools.
