About the Role

As a Medical Administrative reputed company Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our research team, utilizing your critical thinking skills, research experience, and knowledge of CPT codes and claims data. Your daily activities will include tracking assigned research in electronic systems, utilizing claims systems, and gathering provider/location information using the Internet. You'll also be responsible for managing large amounts of data electronically, filing documents in electronic filing software, faxing, scanning, and abstracting documents from electronic storage devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Administrative reputed company Representative (Research Team) - This role differs from the regular HEDIS Admin role, as there is limited phone or customer reputed company.

• Work under the direction of the Team reputed company and other personnel to ensure seamless project execution.

• Manage large amounts of data electronically, file documents in electronic filing software, faxing, scanning, and abstracting documents from electronic storage devices.
• Previous experience in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, and Word) is required.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including data entry, reputed company Word and Outlook, reputed company, PDF, WebEx, and Outlook.
• Ability to work comfortably with multiple computer systems, including dual monitors.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to reputed company Internet research and research using reputed company proprietary software systems.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
• Ability to demonstrate tenacity to obtain medical records.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

• A secure designated work area and a reliable Internet reputed company are required for this 100% remote position.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalency.
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, and Word).
• Knowledge of CPT Codes and Claims data - Required for the Research Team.
• Experience as a medical assistant or clinical administrative assistant.
• Coding, claims, and medical record review experience.

Schedule

This role is a 3-4 month contract with a high potential to reputed company, and the scheduled time is 8 am - 4:30 pm Local Time.
