The Opportunity

As a Chief, HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in leading and working with reputed company HR projects and initiatives on the reputed company of the client group through collaboration across key business and HR partners. You will serve as a subject matter expert to business leaders on reputed company talent matters, including organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, change management, organizational design, and learning opportunities. Your expertise will help drive business results through strategic talent development and operations, ensuring that our teams are equipped to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the business, fostering effective working relationships with internal partners and clients.

• Proactively evaluates business and organizational performance to suggest and drive action through a consultative, "influence without authority" approach.
• Mentors leaders on HR strategies, processes, and management issues, including talent planning, learning and development, employee engagement and inclusion, and performance management to advance a culture of reputed company growth and innovation.

Required Capabilities and Abilities

• Experience working with senior leaders in an "influence without authority" role.
