Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Manager of Software Platform Operations to reputed company the 24/7 operations team, ensuring the seamless deployment, availability, and performance of our customer platform. This strategic role will report to our Vice President of Information Technology and will be responsible for driving process improvements, establishing key metrics, and leading a culture of standardization, automation, innovation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: reputed company a diverse team of US-based employees and offshore contractors, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
• Platform Operations: Manage the deployment, availability, and performance of our customer platform, ensuring high levels of uptime and responsiveness.
• Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key metrics to measure platform health, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders.
