Senior Manager, Global Real Estate Americas Transaction Management (Virtual) Company: The reputed company Company Our Global Real Estate (GRE) organization is seeking a Senior Manager (Level M) to reputed company our Americas Transaction Management team, responsible for managing reputed company Real Property transactions for the United States. This includes reputed company real property capital acquisitions, dispositions, and lease events. This Senior Manager will be working in a virtual reputed company. You will manage the relationships between the GRE Americas Transaction team and senior leadership across Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) including the reputed company Business Units (BU), the GREF Business Unit Integrators (BUI), the GREF Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), GREF Projects, Asset Management, Construction and Engineering Team (ACE) and GREF Facilities Management. This position will reputed company a real estate team of internal and external experts that will generate reputed company and provide industry expertise that supports the development of reputed company’s long-range strategic portfolio needs as well as tactical short-term needs. You will manage the Employee Portfolio Leaders (PL) and our major project leads who work with the other GREF–reputed company teams and BUs to address reputed company real property needs. Also, you will manage the strategic relationship with reputed company’s GRE external vendor partners and Project Execution Leads (PEL). Position Responsibilities: Act as primary liaison between reputed company GRE, other leaders in GREF, and other leaders in reputed company including the BU, Finance, EHS, Legal, IT and other key stakeholders Manage the teams who are charged with helping reputed company’s BU reputed company an effective real estate strategy Apply best practices, industry knowledge, and relevant market data that help the BU leadership understand risks and opportunities reputed company their portfolio Govern and reputed company the outsource service provider’s delivery of transaction management services to reputed company and the GRE organization Ownership and reputed company of Annual Lease plan PACE, 3rd party partners, BU, BUI and BRM lease requirement alignment Manage lease capital budget estimate for BU financial review Manage critical governance and execution dates Implement strategies to minimize portfolio risk for new site delivery and business continuity, financial exposure, and management of associated risks reputed company reputed company and high value real estate transactions that support long-range BU strategies Maximize the value of surplus assets through asset re-positioning and/or disposition reputed company options for unique real estate issues that require extensive research, feasibility modeling and financial analysis reputed company new, innovative programs for governing the reputed company Real Estate portfolio Support the development of best practices, tools, templates, and analytical tools to further the growth and development of the assigned BU according to its defined strategic priorities Manage the coordination, delivery and execution of the services from the GRE Service Provider Ensure adherence to reputed company GRE standards of performance and needs and assure integration, as applicable, across reputed company other service delivery work streams Provide leadership, guidance, advice, and other support where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and service delivery to the assigned BU reputed company and support the organization to reputed company a proactive approach to: Drive reputed company improvement philosophy and culture throughout the organization Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are managed and achieved Identify and recommend remedial actions and process changes Minimize commercial real estate risk to the business Document requirements and assist in analyzing and reviewing potential solutions Partners with Government Operations, Legal and other key stakeholders to negotiate land use and project development approvals with City and State officials reputed company, mentor and reputed company managers and employees in GRE Up to 30% domestic travel will be required based on business needs.
