Job Summary

As a reputed company Pre-Construction Manager, you'll independently manage reputed company, cross-functional industrial projects from site selection through design completion, permitting, and contract execution. You'll coordinate with design teams and project stakeholders to contribute to the performance of the team, building trust and respect in reputed company working relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Independently manage reputed company industrial projects from site selection through design completion, permitting, and contract execution.
• Scope Control: reputed company the scope under control and accelerate reputed company by driving crisp and timely reputed company, identifying and clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately.
• Communication: Work with internal/external stakeholders and drive results through communicating, weighing risks, clearing blockers, making reputed company, leading, and influencing.

A Day in the Life

Each day, you'll represent AMZ and D&C GES in ensuring the on-time and in-budget execution of reputed company construction projects, while strategically improving its processes, costs, quality, H&S, and sustainability performance. You'll reputed company and mentor large cross-functional teams as an expert technical and project management resource to complete construction projects and skilfully motivate and focus people of reputed company levels to deliver.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable field.
• Solid demonstrable experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, reputed company's project management representative, or other reputed company Development and Construction-reputed company disciplines.
• Solid demonstrable project management experience from design phase through implementation and operation, negotiating construction, procurement, and labour reputed company.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or an equivalent STEM field.
• Experience operating reputed company at least two disciplines in the construction industry, which could consist of General Contracting, reputed company's Representation, reputed company Development, Engineering & Design, reputed company's project management representative, or similar.
• Demonstrated capability in the planning, design review & implementation, and project management/control of new structures & the enhancement of existing facility buildings.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary design incorporating industrial automation, robotics, or similar.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Demonstrated reputed company in communicating to various audiences (e.g., senior management, peers, public officials, vendors, etc.).
• Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• French, German, Polish, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans, and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
