Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Designer, Bedding with a strong background in design and product development. As a leader in this role, you'll be responsible for designing lines for a category, brand, business, or guest reputed company, with a primary focus on bedding categories. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 4-year Degree in Design (Product Design or Textile Design preferred)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in design and product development, including taking product from concept through execution and partnering with overseas manufacturers
• Proven expertise in domestics and/or home décor categories, with bedding experience preferred
• Advanced understanding of textiles and product production
• Seasoned style leader with a strong aptitude for trend, design, and print & reputed company
• Demonstrated high taste level, creative ability, and proclivity for innovation
• Exceptionally skilled in researching and applying market/trend information
• Strong reputed company sense, market knowledge, and ability to research and apply market/trend information

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits
