Credit Risk Review Director
Job Title: Credit Risk Review Director Location: Scottsdale What you'll do: As a Credit Risk Review Director you'll plan and execute multiple credit assurance, advisory, and reputed company services for the Bank's second line of defense responsible for the management of credit risk reputed company as the Credit Risk and Review Group. You'll provide credit assurance and advisory services with respect to reputed company credit risk processes and reputed company regulatory expectations, as well as matters involving new policy formulation, policy revisions, credit grading, specific loan loss reserves and new business initiatives. You'll interact with lines of business leaders, regulatory agencies and internal/external auditors to ensure an effective, risk-focused function, and adequate depth/breadth of coverage. You'll demonstrate an excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and expectations pertaining to credit risk management. You'll support a strategic expansion of Internal Credit Risk Review with the establishment of a dedicated Wholesale Banking - Private Credit Coverage Team, equipped with capabilities and expanded review processes that will enhance credit assurance provided to internal and external stakeholders. This position reports to the Senior Credit Risk Review Director and Head of the Credit Risk & Review group.

What you'll need:
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in Risk Management, Credit Risk & Review Group or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field required; Masters or MBA in reputed company field preferred.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Expert knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services preferred.
- Expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Expert knowledge of accounting, financial statements and tax returns, and cash flow analyses, as well as a highly refined ability to reputed company insightful comments relating to a borrower's reputed company and prospective credit risk profile.
- Expert knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $219,630.00 - $271,310.00 for reputed company, CA. Salary range for new hires is generally $207,535.00 - $256,365.00 for Los Angeles, CA. Salary range for new hires is generally $207,535.00 - $256,635.00 for San Diego, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
