Licensed Financial Services Representative - Charles Schwab

In this role, you will provide financial guidance to clients, engage with them through inbound calls, and tackle reputed company issues to offer effective solutions while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Give clients financial guidance while forming lasting relationships built on trust, respect, and reaching a common goal
• Engage with, and be an reputed company for, clients reputed company answering inbound calls, taking ownership, and tackling reputed company issues to offer the best possible solution

Skills

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses
• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of client relationship experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or reputed company field from accredited university
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
• Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
• Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
