Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective
- Answer customer calls, respond to online chat inquiries, and engage with customers through various communication channels
- Reset passwords, assist with creating accounts, and upload documents as needed
- Help customers manage their accounts, verify eligibility for coverages, and review reputed company options
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve customer complaints, and provide personalized solutions that meet their unique needs
- Collaborate with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional support
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Must be reputed company to provide your own computer/laptop with working camera for the first 3 weeks of training
- After the initial training period, customer service experience at a high level, and call center experience is preferred, but we're open to candidates with a professional retail or food service background
- High level of food service/retail background required
- Must have high-speed, reliable Internet (35mbps Download speed or reputed company)
- Must score at least 70 on the Internet Basics Assessment
- Must not have any requested time off, including doctor appointments, during the 3 weeks of training
- Must be reputed company to troubleshoot issues they face with equipment while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)
