Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the reputed company of our databases by entering and updating customer and account information. You'll work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to ensure that best practices are shared, and you'll be responsible for procuring data through observation, interviews, and analysis of records and other sources. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain databases by entering new and updated records and reputed company information

• Verify data and prepare materials for pdf printing
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Purge files to eliminate duplication of data
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure that best practices are shared
• Procure data through observation, interviews, and analysis of records and other sources
• Utilize electronic equipment to collect and enter data

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company field

• 1+ year of Data Entry Experience
• 3+ years of MS Office experience
• Excellent typing skills (at least 60 wpm)
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a government contracting environment

• Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis techniques
• Familiarity with electronic data collection and entry methods
• Certification in data entry or a reputed company field
