Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell reputed company travel on arenaflex, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience
• Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets with precision and attention to detail
• Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, demonstrating reputed company and understanding
• Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing timely updates and solutions
