As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs Liaison, you'll be an integral part of our Corporate Affairs Team reputed company the Government Affairs Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Promoting and selling reputed company travel on arenaflex
- Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
- Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicating with customers over the phone reputed company researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
