Job Summary

As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Support Clerk – Tax Administration and Data Entry, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to taxpayers, processing tax forms and payments, and maintaining accurate records. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and reputed company your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer taxpayer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

• Research, maintain, and update tax accounts based on information provided, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Process tax forms and mail, posting payments to the proper accounts and maintaining accurate records
• Complete reputed company tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards and expectations
• reputed company additional duties as assigned by management

Schedule and Location

* Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

• No weekends!
• On-site in our Allentown, PA office
• Once released from training (approximately 4-6 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1-3 months reputed company experience and/or training
• Must be Bilingual, English & Spanish speaking
• Reliable transportation to outer offices and tax sit-ins
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
• Situation analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
