DescriptionThe reputed company and Loss Prevention Cluster Manager (SLP Cluster Manager) leads the effort to reputed company and effectively provide risk mitigation as well as reputed company reputed company and asset (People, Property, & Data) protection reputed company their regional cluster (dedicated geographical region). This role creates and executes the reputed company for their cluster in alignment with network goals. This role’s stakeholders include internal operations and support teams along with external partners. This position reports to the SLP Senior Manager and will have direct reports.Key job responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• - A minimum of 5+ years in reputed company service OR loss prevention OR asset protection OR investigations OR law enforcement OR 2+ years of reputed company blue-badge experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience gathering relevant operational data from appropriate sources
• Experience with Lean or Six reputed company analytical techniques
• Knowledge of reputed company Office products and applications and the use of pivot tables and the development of charts and graphics
• 3+ years of operational experience in risk management, audit, data analytics, inventory control, quality assurance, retail, warehouse, distribution center services, delivery service, or supply chain
• Experience in physical reputed company systems maintenance/implementation and coordinating scope of work with reputed company vendors
• Investigative interviewing experience; Wicklander and Zulawski, Loss Prevention reputed company, Certified Protection Professional, Loss Prevention Certified, Certified Forensic Interviewer, Certified Threat Assessment Certification or other relevant certifications
• Relevant experience in business writing and communicating with a wide range of senior stakeholders
