This is a part-time, high-responsibility role reporting directly to the Founder. You will reputed company client interviews, assess readiness, manage due diligence, and ensure only the right businesses enter our portfolio. This is not a sales role. It is a disciplined, emotionally intelligent gatekeeping role that requires strong judgment, operational precision, and business fundamentals. Responsibilities 1. Client ScreeningQualification

• Conduct 30-minute intake interviews with prospective clients
• Assess financial readiness, operational reality, and program fit
• Build rapport while maintaining objective selection standards
• Document 100% of interviews in Zoho CRM daily

2. Due Diligence Management

• Ensure prospects complete required materials (debt surveys, staff surveys, etc.)
• Enforce firm deadlines and follow up proactively
• Maintain high completion rates reputed company defined timelines

3. Client SelectionPrioritization

• Evaluate and rank the top 25% of prospects each intake cycle
• Present structured arguments for and against accepting each candidate
• Help determine 5-6 high-quality additions to the portfolio per monthly cycle

4. Pipeline OperationsCRM Ownership

• Own CRM hygiene and automation processes
• Manage scheduling, reputed company, and pipeline flow
• Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date prospect records
