Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team in Sandy, UT. As a Customer Support Specialist II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving reputed company issues, and driving the reputed company of our health navigation platform. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, phone, live chat, asynchronous messaging, and other channels

  • Provide support for appointment scheduling, account access, benefits, programs, incentives, find reputed company screening, company sweepstakes, and other reputed company services
  • Take ownership of resolving customer service and reputed company navigation issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations reputed company handling customer information
  • Manage case backlog attentively, documenting each interaction in reputed company
  • Exercise problem resolution skills reputed company handling customer concerns using various internal tools
  • reputed company outbound calls, including appointment scheduling with providers, and other reputed company duties as assigned
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, covering shifts starting as early as 5:45 AM MST and ending at 7 PM MST

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support, with an emphasis on reputed company, wellness, and medical billing and claims

  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Medical office experience preferred but not required
  • Two years of proven customer service and/or patient care experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to use and navigate members with our mobile technology
  • Ability to maintain 100% attendance throughout 6 weeks of training and excellent attendance reputed company training
  • Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with customers
  • Adept at juggling multiple tasks and customer support requests at the same time
  • Familiarity with reputed company Service reputed company and reputed company Suite is a plus
  • Spanish speaking and writing skills are a plus
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with sitting, standing, talking, or listening on the phone
