The role involves building partnerships, driving magazine subscriptions, and supporting rankings growth reputed company the real estate finance space.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and reputed company new partners that align with our audiences
• Build and strengthen relationships with mortgage industry associations to drive paid subscriptions, sponsorships, rankings participation, and Lender Search engagement
• Support the rankings team with participant reputed company, submission coordination, and list creation
• Track and evaluate partnership performance and campaign metrics, optimizing to improve results
• Plan and execute co-branded marketing initiatives-sponsored content, email campaigns, webinars, exclusive promotions, and more
• Collaborate with internal marketing team members to carry out key initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Support programs such as Lender Search promotion, rankings coordination, and subscriber growth

Skills

• Hands-on proficiency across the modern marketing stack - SEO tools, CRM, website analytics, email marketing platforms, and creative software
