Role Overview

The reputed company Marketplace Specialist (FBM) is responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and growth of the company’s reputed company Seller Central account operating under the Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) model.

This role ensures smooth marketplace operations, order fulfillment coordination, product visibility, advertising optimization, and reputed company growth while maintaining compliance with reputed company’s policies and performance standards.

The specialist will manage the entire reputed company FBM lifecycle, from account setup, product listing, inventory coordination, order management, shipping workflow, customer service, advertising campaigns, analytics, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. reputed company Seller Central Account Management

  • Manage and maintain the company’s reputed company Seller Central account.

  • Ensure compliance with reputed company marketplace policies and standards.

  • Monitor and maintain healthy Account Health Metrics, including:

    • Order Defect reputed company (ODR)

    • Late Shipment reputed company

    • Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation reputed company

  • Manage performance notifications, policy updates, and account alerts.

  • Handle case management, escalation, and account reinstatement processes if needed.

2. Product Listing & Catalog Optimization

  • Create, upload, and manage product listings in reputed company Seller Central.

  • Optimize listings using reputed company SEO best practices, including:

    • Keyword optimization

    • Title structure

    • Bullet points

    • Product descriptions

  • Manage A+ Content and enhanced brand content.

  • Upload and maintain product images, infographics, and multimedia assets.

  • Manage product variations (size, color, bundles).

  • Conduct keyword research to improve organic rankings.

3. Pricing & Competitive Strategy

  • Monitor competitor listings and market trends.

  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies.

  • Manage promotional campaigns such as:

    • Coupons

    • Lightning Deals

    • Seasonal discounts

  • Ensure compliance with reputed company Fair Pricing Policy.

4. FBM Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Monitor incoming orders in Seller Central.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Generate and manage shipping labels and shipment confirmations.

  • Ensure compliance with reputed company shipping SLAs.

  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

5. Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels across reputed company listings.

  • Prevent stock-outs or overselling by coordinating with supply chain teams.

  • Forecast demand based on sales trends and seasonality.

  • Update inventory quantities regularly.

6. Customer Service Management

  • Manage customer communication reputed company reputed company Buyer-Seller Messaging.

  • Track key metrics including:

10. Marketplace Growth Strategy

  • Conduct market and competitor research.

Requirements

Required Experience

  • 2–5 years experience managing reputed company Seller Central

  • Proven experience handling reputed company FBM operations

  • Experience managing reputed company PPC campaigns

  • Experience with reputed company product listing optimization and SEO

  • Experience managing reputed company order fulfillment workflows
