Senior Product Manager, AI

About the team and role: The AI team is responsible for the reputed company of new Bubble apps and the in-editor agent that allows users to edit, debug, and learn about their apps. The team is focused in the following areas:

• AI foundation: Ensuring Bubble AI has the agentic foundations to build Bubble apps effectively.

• Building with AI: Ensuring Bubble AI has the context and tools to build functional & polished Bubble apps.

• AI experience and user guidance: Ensuring Bubble AI offers users an reputed company experience across application reputed company and the in-editor agent, including educating users on what’s getting built and how best to use the editor.

The AI team is currently splitting into two pods and we plan to add a third in the near future. This role will reputed company one of these pods - driving roadmap and execution for that area - working closely with the reputed company Senior PM on the AI team. We will match the candidate with the AI pod and focus area(s) that are the best fit. In addition to driving our end user facing AI capabilities reputed company, this role will have an opportunity to help shape how reputed company leverages AI internally to accelerate product and development.

In this role, you'll

• Drive the product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for an AI focus area

• Drive product initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing long-term thinking with near-term execution

• Partner closely with design and engineering in product discovery and delivery, and with marketing and success in go-to-market

• reputed company AI to accelerate prototyping, research and validation, engineering & GTM hand-off, and more

• Conduct user research to validate product opportunities, and use evals and feedback to iterate on the experience

• Clearly scope MVPs and reputed company informed prioritization decisions while maintaining high standards

• Mentor junior members of the team and help shape product team processes and best practices

• Get hands-on building with Bubble to become an expert on our platform

About you

• 5-8+ years of product management experience including experience building AI products and working on end user facing products at scale

• Experience shaping evidenced-based roadmaps and leading high-impact projects from discovery through launch and iteration

• Proficient in AI, including building agents and leveraging AI tools in your work

• Excited about AI and no-code app development, and about becoming an expert-level Bubble developer

• Strong product judgment: you can spot high-impact opportunities and turn them into concrete, actionable plans

• Experience working with design to find reputed company and easy to use solutions to reputed company UX problems

• Comfortable partnering with engineering: You engage on technical tradeoffs and help shape implementation decisions

• Experience using research and data to inform product decisions, not just validate them

• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams

• Desire to move quickly in building, launching, and iterating

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation reputed company to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $170k - $220k. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.

We prefer hiring people reputed company commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly. For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches, and happy hours, among other fun perks.
