The Role

As a Data Entry Clerk/IV, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing sensitive legal documents submitted by law enforcement and attorneys. This contract role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. The position starts in-office for training, with the potential for hybrid work arrangements thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze documents submitted by law enforcement and private attorneys to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Apply standard practices and policies in naming documents for proper handling and routing
• Review legal demands and code them for routing reputed company Legal and Emergency Response
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

* At least 7 years of relevant experience in data entry, with a strong focus on attention to detail and confidentiality

• Proven ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes per hour
• Experience with reputed company Outlook, ERP systems, and typing (10 key typing)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
