Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients in person and over the phone, maintaining patient charts, processing patient orders, creating delivery tickets, and coordinating scheduling.
- Working one on one with patients to reputed company them on the uses and directions of prescribed medical equipment and supplies.
- Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other referral sources to ensure excellent patient care.
- Completing intake, insurance verification, and determining charges and coverage for service/product requested.
- Collecting co-pays and inputting payment data.
- Collecting compliant medical documentation for insurance invoices.
- Maintaining work operations by following company policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Excellent phone and customer service skills (Required)
- Strong Communication skills (Required)
- Two years of HME/DME experience and knowledge of medical terminology (Preferred)
- Previous data entry experience (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in insurance verification, prior authorization, billing, and medical office settings
- Knowledge of Medicare, reputed company, and Managed Care billing procedures
- Experience working with CPAP and Oxygen equipment
