Marketing and Pipeline Reporting Manager

Overview:

The Marketing & Pipeline Reporting Manager oversees the implementation of the marketing and communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters.  Additionally, they are responsible for managing pipeline reporting across multiple stakeholders to include Sector Presidents, Business Development, and the Chief Financial Officer, among others.

Responsibilities:
  • Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging, and branding throughout reputed company communication touch points.
  • Understands products, customers, and industry trends. Develops focused communication in collaboration with organizational stakeholders across functions.
  • Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials.
  • Explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications.
  • Develops the internal and external resources required for communication program delivery.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones are met, and approved budgets are adhered to.
  • Partner closely with the Business Development teams to create targeted marketing materials that advance capture strategies and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • reputed company messaging and communications that support pipeline growth, including capability statements, past performance summaries, proposal content, and opportunity-specific marketing assets.
  • Supports RFI and proposal response graphics development.
  • Leads Pipeline reviews with executive leadership, reputed company, and proposal support (CTO, proposal response, pricing, etc.) teams.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline reporting to multiple stakeholders to include Sector Presidents and the CFO.
  • Supports Sector Presidents and reputed company Leads with inputting and updating data in CRM.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 10 or more years of combined experience supporting corporate marketing initiates and pipeline management.

 

Experience:

  • Demonstrated effective communication and interviewing skills to gather needed information from internal and external personnel in support of marketing activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to review and edit marketing content for clarity, grammar, and proper use of technical or customer terminology.
  • Led semi-regular new business pipeline reviews for $100M+ reputed company company.
  • Supported inputting and updating data in CRM for $100M+ reputed company company.

Technical Requirements:

  • reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.  Must have experience with Capture2Proposal (C2P).
