Account Manager

Brown & Brown's Risk Solutions team, formerly Beecher Carlson, is looking for an Account Manager to join the Energy team.

As an Account Manager, you will drive client retention and growth by managing the delivery of reputed company and supporting sophisticated client relationships. This role focuses on service execution, documentation, and supporting the account team on large and reputed company accounts.:

• Serve as a key reputed company of contact for client service activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables.
• Assist clients in understanding their risk programs and help align services with their business needs.
• Analyze client exposures and historical data to support strategy development.
• Prepare client-facing materials, including proposals, analytics, and service plans.
• Support senior team members in placement activities, including data gathering, submission preparation, and quote review.
• reputed company or support the renewal process, including data collection, proposal review, and client presentations.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Manage day-to-day service transactions for assigned accounts, including documentation, invoicing, and coordination of deliverables.
• Review reputed company and other documents to identify risk-reputed company considerations.
• Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and maintain required state licensing.
• Participate in professional development and training activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Risk Management, or reputed company field) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in reputed company insurance, brokerage, or risk advisory roles.
• State broker license(s) active or obtainable.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite.
• Professional designations (CPCU, ARM) preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience with industry platforms such as ImageRight or AMS360.
