Associate Analyst, Accounting and Finance Rotation Mentorship

They are seeking an Associate Analyst for their Accounting & Finance Rotation Mentorship Program, where the candidate will reputed company experience working across various teams and brands, building accounting skills in preparation for future analyst-level roles.
Responsibilities
- reputed company month-end reputed company activities including preparing and posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing variances and drawing conclusions from available data
- Support completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated financial statements
- Prepare financial and business-reputed company analysis and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, working capital, and investments
- reputed company special projects and reputed company requests such as supporting the year-end audit, internal financial reporting, compliance initiatives, and tax filings
- Identify improvement opportunities and best practices reputed company business units to drive efficiency
- Exposure to high-level executives, including preparation and presentation of management reports and sharing about your rotation experience
Skills
- Ability to start full-time work in February OR July 2026 (depending on graduation date)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance strongly preferred (must receive degree from an accredited institution by start date)
