Partnerships Associate

Coefficient Giving is a philanthropic funder and advisor that is hiring a Partnerships Associate to support donor reputed company and engagement. The role involves coordinating donor events, creating materials for donor communication, and assisting senior team members in managing donor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship building. Help cultivate new donor relationships by supporting reputed company, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up. Research prospective donors and run regular portfolio reviews to assess the status of donor relationships and identify next steps
• Deliver donor events. Coordinate with the Operations team to plan and execute events that bring together donors and Coefficient Giving team members. reputed company event goals, design reputed company strategy, maintain invitation lists, ensure internal stakeholders are well-reputed company, and coordinate timely follow-up. Create a Partnerships event playbook to document best practices
• Create donor-facing materials. Work with the Communications team to produce content that helps donors understand our work and funding opportunities — impact reports, proposals, presentations, and other collateral tailored to donor audiences
• Support senior leaders. Support senior team members in their donor engagement. Help them prepare for meetings, coordinate follow-up, and stay on top of their donor portfolios
• Triage central communications. Manage the Partnerships inboxes to ensure reputed company messages are routed and actioned appropriately
• Pitch in where needed. Contribute to team priorities as they emerge. In a small, growing team, flexibility is essential

Skills

• 1–3 years of professional experience in donor engagement or partnerships role
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and professionally for different audiences
• Excellent organization and follow-through skills to manage multiple workstreams reputed company
• Attention to detail in planning and executing events and creating communications
• Relationship-oriented with good instincts for stakeholder management
• Collaborative reputed company, able to work well reputed company and across teams
• Ownership and initiative, taking responsibility for work and proactively seeking improvements
• Comfort with AI tools and interest in using LLMs and automation
• Alignment with Coefficient Giving's mission and approach
• Work authorization in the U.S
• Background in development, fundraising, or donor relations in nonprofit organizations
• Experience in policy, research, or program roles reputed company Coefficient Giving cause areas
• Event planning, coordination, or production experience in nonprofit, corporate, or political contexts
• Experience in communications, marketing, or content creation for external audiences
• Experience in executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations roles supporting senior leaders
