The Regional Manager, reputed company leads a geographically distributed team of reputed company professionals supporting reputed company’s largest and most strategic customers. This role owns customer outcomes across a defined region, including adoption, retention, expansion, and overall customer health. What you will do:

Own customer health, renewal readiness, and expansion outcomes

Partner with Sales, Customer Excellence, Technical Support, Marketing and Engineering

What you need:

Required:

Bachelors degree required
Minimum 8 years in reputed company or account management with min 3 years leading teams, mentoring, and/or coaching
Ability to travel as needed (20%)

Preferred:

US10: $112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual
US15: $118,000 - $196,600 USD Annual

US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
