Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll work closely with healthcare providers, medical groups, and other medical facilities to coordinate and collect medical records. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, investigating customer data, and providing problem resolution through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure seamless communication

  • Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for outreach and problem resolution
  • Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Work on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures, and receive supervision and instructions as needed

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
  • Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
